Hello,
Thank you for you message, you’re the first person who dared to leave a comment on my blog !
Well, actually, this watch is a collector, as it is an Aviator watch, Sikorsky model, made by famous russian watchmaker Poljot.
It was issued in 2003 to celebrate the invention of the helicopter in 1903 (first official flight).
This chronograph was launched is four different dials, 250 being issued for each type. With only 1000 watches issued worldwide, it is a very interesting Limited Edition.
It’s a really impressive watch, with a 7750 Valjoux mechanical caliber (ameliorated and renamed 33133 Okean by Poljot when Poljot bought the swiss machine tools and licences for this movement in the late 70’s).
This caliber was previously set on Breitling watches and it is well-known for its reliability.
The bezel doesn’t indicate a 12- or 24 hours time, but a very rare 15 “sequences” time. Some may have seen it on “real” pilots watches like older Longines timekeepers.
Just tell me if you need more infos on this watch.
I’m sorry I dont have much time to write, but ‘ill take some very soon, so be indulgent !
